Corporate Social Responsibility has always been close to Sam’s heart and he continues to inspire Eben employees to give back to the society!
Sofia Sam as Director of Eben Telecom has played a significant role in establishing strong people and process practices within the organization. A true people person at heart, her ability to connect with employees, has helped in identifying and understanding challenges. She has been instrumental in integrating people centric policies and processes into the organizational structure thereby empowering and engaging employees to contribute their best in terms of time, talents and resources. Sofia is a graduate in BA English & Literature and has completed her Diploma in Management.
Thomas Sir, as he his respectfully and fondly called by all Eben employees, is a highly skilled and strong-willed task master. He has consistently directed the finance and accounts function of Eben Telecom through the toughest phases, with utmost dedication and positivity. His journey with Eben began in the year 2000 as a senior accountant & today, as Vice President-Finance, Exeeson Thomas is one of the strong pillars and backbone of Eben Telecom!
Abraham is a Management Graduate with over 25 years of experience in Sales Leadership & Behavioural Trainings, OD Interventions and Executive Coaching. He has worked with companies like Tata Teleservices Ltd., Bharti Airtel, Samtel Color Ltd., & Pentasoft Technologies. In his last working assignment, Abraham was Regional Head for the training division at Tata Teleservices Ltd. At Eben, Abraham leads the Training & Strategic Initiatives of the Organization, by identifying and working on opportunities towards short-term & long-term growth.
Bindhu has been leading the administration function at Eben since 2008. Her vendor management and negotiation skills have helped the admin function to align with evolving requirements of the Organization. Her contributions towards HR, Employee Engagement & Recruitment, led her to lead the HR & Recruitment Teams in 2019. Bindhu also heads Workplace Complaint Committee of the Organization. Bindhu carries a rich experience of 20 years working with organizations like Padmam Technologies, Kochi.
Devi is a postgraduate of Science & Business Administration, with 19 years of BPO experience in People & Customer Relationship Management, Training, Facilitation, Performance Coaching - Counselling & Productivity/Revenue Management. Her domain competencies in BPO include U.S. Credit Card & ATM operations (Voice & Backoffice), U.S. Life, General/Corporate & Specialty Insurance (Backoffice). She has worked with Wipro Limited (Mumbai), RR Donnelley (Technopark, Trivandrum), Allianz (Technopark, Trivandrum) & Sutherland (Kochi). In her role as Eben Operations Head, since 2020, she has been involved in streamlining overall operations for both international & domestic processes.
Nisha Elza serves as the Managing Director of Talk Digital India, a subsidiary of Talk Digital Australia. Additionally, she holds the position of Chief Consultant at Eben Technologies, where she leads the team.
With a strong background in software development, Nisha has exhibited exemplary leadership skills, culminating in her previous role as a director at Penguin Data Center Pvt Ltd, a software company before joining Talk Digital. Under her guidance, Talk Digital has successfully expanded its operations to include the Infopark office in Cochin, India, establishing itself as a valuable strategic partner for organizations seeking to realize their digital potential.
As the Chief Consultant at Eben Technologies, Nisha is responsible for assigning tasks to our technology staff on a daily basis. She meticulously monitors and evaluates software development projects undertaken for both our existing and new Clients. Additionally, she plays a pivotal role in the initial meetings with prospective Clients, contributing significantly to business development efforts.
