- Position: Tele-Sales Agent – UAE
- Location: India – Eben Telecom
- Reporting To: Call Centre Team Leader
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: Aligned with UAE business hours – approximately 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GST, adjusted to India time.
- Fluent in Hindi, Malayalam, and English (basic English will be an added advantage).
- Basic/working knowledge of English.
- Good telephone communication skills.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work with CRM/order management systems.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with sales targets.
- Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently.
