Develop relationships with potential Clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and other business or social Networking. Generate Client awareness and preference for the business and its services. This may include developing/sending promotional material, authoring articles, and presenting in business forums and associations. Identify and close specific sales opportunities within target companies. Build business transformation propositions for prospects/ corporates and present these to prospective Customers. Recommend which opportunities the business should pursue using criteria such as the highest probability of winning, profit potential, etc. To plan, project-manage, and drive the implementation of multiple medium to large-scale process transition or migration projects or any internal projects and to negotiate and own SLAs and KPIs till the Client's completion of the transition or migration process. Coordinating all the transitions of Clients, including agreements, negotiations, handing over and own SLAs and KPIs until the transition or migration process is completed.
